A Suicidal Boy Last Message was a screamer video that is a parody of Jordan Yong's video "Life Changes."

In the video, the boy attempts to imply that he was having issues with his ex-girlfriend by displaying paper strip messages next to a monitor (similar to the original video). Once the video reaches 2:56, the zombie from K-fee commercials appears and screams.

The video returns to usual, and the uploader laughs and proceeds to show paper strips, asking the viewer if he/she is scared because the video is a joke, after 3 minutes and 22 seconds, a man from Daneboe's "Scariest Faces!" appears before thanking the viewer for watching.
