The video lasts only 18 seconds, and starts with a blue screen stating: "this," the video then proceeds to show three other blue screens stating: "is," "called," "instant." Afterwards, the video shows the face from What's Wrong with a short female scream along with the same scream used in Maze 1, there is also a large white text written on it saying "SCARE."
