Kayako Saeki (佐伯伽椰子, Saeki Kayako), is a character from the Ju-On horror franchise. A woman who got killed over her husband's paranoia about her possibly cheating, she became an onryō (vengeful spirit) due to the extremely violent nature of her death. Many screamers use pictures of the character.
Kayako Saeki's role was originally played by Japanese actress Takako Fuji.
