Scariest Ever!! is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by Teyzo on July 28, 2006. It is Teyzo's second video, after What Is Wrong With This Picture.
The video begins with white text on a blue background saying "WARNING!! this video contains disturbing images", followed by these images with a spooky noise:
- A baby.
- A yellow smiley face.
- A hot air balloon.
- A landscape featuring a mountain with its reflection in a sea.
At the 15-second mark, an image of Dr. Tongue from the 1985 horror film Day of the Dead pops up, accompanied by a female scream that plays twice, followed by text saying "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA" and smaller text saying "YOU WERE SET UP BY TEYZO".
