'''Kayleigh''' is a [[YouTube]] video created by [[YouTube]]r Callum Bowen on October 27th, 2015, it was made to celebrate Halloween due to its dark nature and is heavily influenced by the [[Lost episodes|lost episode creepypasta]] genre. It disguises itself as a children's show inspired by the British children's animated series ''[[wikipedia:Mr_Benn|Mr. Benn]]'', due to the animation and is narrated by John C. Roberts.

 

The video begins with yellow text reading "Kayleigh" fading in on a light-blue background (representing the sky) while cheerful music plays. Yellow text below the logo appears briefly, which states the narration and that Callum is the creator. The logo fades out after the music ends. The camera pans across various colorful houses as the narrator begins, describing a sunny day where birds are singing and children are playing. It then focuses on a yellow house, which is the titular character Kayleigh's home. As the camera zooms toward the door, Kayleigh steps outside and silently waves. The narrator says they are going to the park, before she silently nods. Next, Kayleigh walks down the road toward the park and the narrator remarks that she loves the park, especially the swings. Suddenly, static appears, and everything changes: the sky turns red, fences gray, Kayleigh's hair black, her skirt and shoes purple, and her face disappears. She is shown pulling a large brown bag with blood on it. The narrator's voice cuts out briefly before the scene returns to normal, showing children at the park.

The camera pans to Chloe on the slide, shortly before another disturbing scene interrupts: the red sky returns, tree leaves turn gray, blood covers the ground, and Chloe and one child are faceless with distorted heads, accompanied by child screams and the narrator saying "there she is" in slow motion. The video cuts to static as Chloe tells Kayleigh they are going to play statues, and Kayleigh freezes the children while they play. When Chloe runs toward her (who is described as "very naughty" by the narrator), a screamer appears, which depicts Kayleigh with huge eyes, tiny pupils, and a large mouth with bloodstained teeth, accompanied by a distorted female scream as more static flickers, while Kayleigh raises her left arm toward the screen before it cuts to black.

Disturbing music plays while Chloe is lying on the ground in a pool of blood, her face is disfigured by Kayleigh, who laughs manically. Chloe's head twitches as a spider comes out her mouth, followed by a black silhouette (presumably Kayleigh) with yellow eyes against a dark-blue background for a split second before returning to normal. The climax shows Kayleigh swinging on the swings as the narrator states she can go higher than anyone else, children gather around the swings, and as Kayleigh swings higher, the same static reappears with creepy ambient music. All the children (except Chloe) are killed off-screen, and the swings continue moving by themselves. Chloe is briefly shown crying realistically before cutting to Kayleigh, whose eyes are shadowed. The camera zooms in on her until a final screamer appears: Kayleigh's face is entirely black, with the [[Smile Dog]] grin and huge realistic eyes. The screen shakes rapidly while a loud screech plays, which abruptly cuts to TV color bars.
