Ghost in the tv is a Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas screamer video uploaded to YouTube made by snow734 on July 3, 2008.
The video begins with CJ, the game's main character, crouching in his building. The video maker continues writing that he was filming because he was testing a program in a text that states: "this is the tv in CJ's house." He then instructs the viewer to look through the TV screen to see a ghost-like face.
After a brief pause, to the point where it reaches 10 seconds, a man staring into his nose appears with a loud scream (the picture itself is not horror, however, the sound is quite loud than the one would expect), The video maker later writes "ownend! ^^" (Correctly written: owned) implying that the viewer got scared. Then video then fades out and ends it there.
