For the most part of the video, Japanese game show is being played with a clock ticking noise being heard in the background. However, on the right hand side of the video, the scene cuts to a Japanese man committing self-harm (which is hard to tell because of its blurriness). The ticking noise is actually the sound of the man's arm being cut.
For the majority of the video, a Japanese game show is shown on-screen while a clock-like ticking can be heard in the background. However, on the right side of the video, the scene cuts to a video of a Japanese man cutting himself, though it is difficult to make out due to the blurriness of the video. This reveals that the ticking noise is actually the sound of the man's arm being cut.
