Staying at The Worst Reviewed Hotel in Eastern Europe is a video by Slovak YouTuber PPPeter (Peter Popluhár) that contains a screamer.
The video showcases Peter's overnight stay at a hotel in Nitra, Slovakia. In the middle of the video, Peter sees a hotel room with the door slightly open and asks his cameraman what would happen if he were to open it. Peter then walks up to the door and slowly opens it; however, at 9:14, a dark, blocky figure with white eyes pops up with a distorted scream. The video then cuts to white text on a black background reading "sorry about that" and "moving on with the review", before continuing as normal and showing the room in full.
