The game asks the player to find the differences in a picture of two mirrored figures by clicking on the different parts of the picture. If a difference is found, a red circle appears on both images. However, despite the game's name, there are only four differences to be found. Once the fourth difference is discovered, a zombie suddenly appears on the screen accompanied by a female scream. The player is then prompted to send the screamer to their friends.
