The video itself is just a compilation of the South Park character, Elvin Cartman’s best moments in the show (Judging by the title of the video). Near the end of the video, Elvin is crying because he ran out of Fudgsicle’s. Eric try’s make him stop crying, So Eric clubs Elvin in the head with a stick. Suddenly, the video would cut to a tall, pale, bald, white humanoid creature with yellow eyes, a bloody mouth and teeth and its mouth wider than normal. However there is no scream
