Time To Relax was a screamer video uploaded to YouTube in March 2017 by Mike Diver (within no relation to MJBDiver).

Most of the video is a piano piece likely composed by the user himself on Wispow Freepiano 2. This is a deliberate attempt at soothing the viewer. At the very end, footage of Michael Jackson stretching his face appears with a strange sound effect playing. However, the video is now unavailable.
