The only proof that this video actually existed comes from a a [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DyWl-_Js8Dg&t=212s tutorial video] made by the user ''wallan lopes'' on December 2, 2011, related to the same topic.

The video was produced using programs like Fraps for game capture and Windows Movie Maker for editing. The video started with a red screen introducing the topic, which was how to get onto the airplane runway in the game's need for speed underground 2 in the free mode. In the next scene, it informed viewers that they should follow every step exactly and, therefore, pay close attention to the video. Shortly after, there was a transition to the game.

In the game, the car (believed to be a gray Mazda RX-8) was in the terminal area of the airport and started by making two laps around the airport parking lot. After that, it headed to the passenger area and accelerated to the maximum, driving toward a wall. When the car crashed into the wall, the screamer appeared—a blonde woman with a disfigured face (possibly a close-up of the character [[Regan MacNeil]] from the 1973 film [[wikipedia:The Exorcist (film)|The Exorcist]])—accompanied by a very loud scream.

Unfortunately, the original video is completely lost, and only the video thumbnail survived.
