The video starts off with a still taken from an Islamic beheading video, which depicts a person in an orange-red jumpsuit surrounded by masked individuals that can be seen holding weapons. Two seconds later, a close-up picture of [[Regan MacNeil]] from ''The Exorcist'' appears, accompanied by a loud scream. The video ends with the text "Wow. You seriously wanted to see some guy's head get cut off? Nice try, sicko."

The description sarcastically mentions that Linda Blair or any screams are not present in the video. The video also gained significant negative attention before being taken down from the platform, it had "1,177,920 views" as of November 2020.
