The video begins with an opening of an image of Bart Simpson with a Windows Movie Maker filter applied. On the left side, there is text saying "Observa Bien Esta Imagen" (Spanish for "Look Well This Image"). Then, the filter fades away to give the viewer a better look at the picture of Bart Simpsons. At first, nothing special is noticed (and that is because there is not a single edit done to the image). Then, the video asks the viewer if "Te diste cuenta" (Spanish for "Did you notice") to which a red circle appears on Bart's left ear.
