Following the credits, an episode title card-style image labeled "LOL" briefly appears. However, the real shock comes next when an image of Cuddle E. Hugs, a character voiced by Jeff Garlin from the episode of the [https://spongebob.fandom.com/wiki/Cuddle_E._Hugs same name], appears with the creator's scream.
