The video begins with a regular type beat resembling ones used by rapper Kankan; however, at the eight-second mark, a sped-up and high-pitched video of Dreamybull masturbating with a giant cucumber in his anus quickly pops up on the right side, and disappears shortly after, as the beat continues to play. Internet trolls use videos like these to shock live streamers and their viewers, interrupt video calls, and prank casual unwary internet users.
