The game begins with the title screen which has SpongeBob and Patrick looking scared with upbeat music. The game also has a note that tells the viewer to turn up their volume now. When the player presses the play button, a blue sign appears telling the viewer they have to find 5 differences before their time is up even though there's actually only 4.
