As the title suggests, the video displays a GIF of a polar bear walking, sourced from bear-tracker.com (as mentioned by the creator of the screamer). Accompanying the GIF is text stating, "This is a polar bear," and piano music plays in the background. After approximately 20 seconds, an edited fanart of Sans from [[wikipedia:Undertale|Undertale]] suddenly appears on the screen, accompanied by the same scream used in [[Rata Bailando]]. The screen shakes during this sequence, although the volume of the scream is not as loud as in the original version, or in other versions where the volume bar is bypassed, such as on [[Wikipedia:Discord|Discord]].
