Gameplay
The game starts with a brief cutscene of a black figure walking, possibly Pikachu himself. The theme song plays in the background, but the cutscene is abruptly interrupted by a screen displaying Pikachu with black eyes, red pupils, and blood flowing from its eyes and mouth. This is followed by an image from the horror game Uchakip.exe, and then the same screen with static and rotation. The game screen then goes black before displaying a series of characters, each with ominous red text representing their dialogue. Eventually, the screen transitions to the main menu, which is replaced by the words "THEY, WANT, YOU." Clicking any of these options leads to gameplay, where the player takes control of the protagonist Red in the fictional village of Lavender Town.

The game starts with the main menu with Pikachu's eye, with some sort of black liquid coming out of his eyes depicted below the title, soon after, the same image used from Uchakip then appears, followed by complete static.
During gameplay, the player begins by exploring the world as the protagonist Red, walking around aimlessly until reaching a grassy path. Upon doing so, a cutscene is triggered in which Professor Oak warns Red of the presence of "wild Pokemon" in the tall grass. Shortly after, the player engages in a Pokemon battle with Pikachu. However, before the player can select their option on the battle screen, Pikachu is abruptly captured by Professor Oak. The screen then goes black before flashing a red background with an image of Pikachu's haunting new form. The creature has black eyes with red pupils and blood coming from its eyes and mouth, and the player's GUI displays the message that Pikachu has been caught.

The player is then taken to a welcome screen, where creepy music begins to play and all texts are reversed. However, when the player goes on Pikachu, there is a text that states: "you will die in this world.." before she will turn into an evil entity, along with the same scream from The Maze, the gameplay then continues, with the player having to catch Uchakip with a Pokeball, during this moment, she is normal in this part.

After catching it, Uchakip reappears, followed by a black screen, and the player will be taken to a route similar to Uchakip. However, just before reaching the exit, Pikachu appears briefly and catches up to the trainer, followed by the same picture from Uchakip, and the game ends.

The gameplay resumes with the player trapped in a hallway with black solid walls. As they proceed, Pikachu rushes up to them, but the game suddenly cuts to the same image used in Uchakip.exe along with the same scream from The Maze. The application then closes, ending the game.
