The site is a disguised google redirect page telling the person if they want to get redirected. If the user clicks on the link they want to get redirected to, The site will make itself fullscreen and show either the Anne.jpg screamer or a dark red image of a guy with his mouth open. The site also prevents the user from right-clicking on the page
googleapii.rf.gd was a screamer webpage hosted by an unknown creator in 2022.

The user still can exit the page by exiting full screen and closing the tab. The site asks the viewer if they want to leave, clicking on "leave" will close the page. The website was later deleted, possibly due to domain expiration. However, the site can be accessed on the Wayback Machine, but the screamer does not load.
The website is designed to trick and mislead users by posing as a Google redirect page, luring them to click on a link that leads to a "takeover" of their screen. Once the user is locked on the page, two startling images are displayed: the Anne.jpg screamer image and a dark red image of a man with his mouth open. Although the page prohibits right-clicking, users can still exit full screen and close the tab, while also being prompted to confirm if they want to leave the page.

It remains unclear why the website was created, but it appears to have been removed, possibly due to expired domain, yet the Wayback Machine still provides access to it, with the screamer image being unable to load.
