The video was originally uploaded on [[YouTube]] on January 18th, 2016, and has amassed over 3.3 million views as of 2021, with a like-to-dislike ratio of 64.51. Throughout the video, Barney randomly appears on the screen, accompanied by the words "Don't Skip." At 46 seconds into the video, a distorted, close-up image of Barney's face with sharp teeth (bearing a resemblance to [[Jeff the Killer]]) suddenly appears, along with an extremely loud nuclear sound. The image then fades out, only to immediately return with the screamer.

The screamer portion of the video was featured on SSSniperWolf's YouTube channel at the 5:49 mark. After the jumpscare, she exclaimed "''Oh my God, that scared the f*** out of me, and I'm so sorry if that scared you, but I felt like I needed a jumpscare.
