The game features a reversed gameplay compared to Flappy Bird. In this game, the player controls a plane that continually moves upwards on the screen. The game is controlled by tapping the screen, which causes the plane to move and avoid obstacles. If the player collides with an obstacle, the game ends, and they must restart. The player is awarded points for each obstacle that they successfully pass through. Although there is no end to the game, the player must aim to achieve a higher score on each attempt. However, after reaching a few scores in the edited version, Regan MacNeil appears on the screen.
The game's objective is to control a plane that continually moves upwards on the screen, and the player must tap the screen to make the plane move and avoid obstacles. The game awards points for each obstacle that the player successfully passes through. The gameplay is similar to the popular game Flappy Bird but with reversed gameplay mechanics. In an edited version of the game, a screamer is added at the high score level. After reaching a few scores, an image of Regan MacNeil from the horror film The Exorcist appears on the screen, accompanied by the same scream used in The Maze.
