There was a misunderstanding about that memorable Ronnie McNutt quote, i never made fun of it and i will never make ever joke about someone taking his own life unreasonably. All i did was to use his last words as his memorable quote to remember McNutt himself and I never intended to offend anyone of what i have present to them. I finally understand the responsibilities of a bureaucrat does, but i was blind to see it. Sorry for what i have done, I've changed my own ways ever since i discovered who i was in the past.
