The Winterrowd picture is the only exception I know of, and I
personally would have preferred to leave that one out as well.
I don't really have any strong opinions about this, though,
so feel free to add it, if you like. I just don't want to
risk starting a slippery slope where people start uploading
other supposedly non-scary jumpscare images, and then having
to debate over which pictures qualify and which don't.
