As the advertised track plays, The video begins with a slanted image of the cover boxart of Barbie Horse Adventures: Blue Ribbon Race displayed on a television screen. At around 15 seconds, Barbie's face gradually changes to a more realistic, sternly staring face. At 0:18, the picture becomes distorted and zooms in on Barbie's face, which suddenly turns cursed after she smiles, accompanied by a woman's scream as the music stutters. Static then takes over the screen at the 0:21 mark as the video cuts to an Emergency Alert System message transcript and a voiceover describing the serial killer, who matches Mr. Rental. The message ends at 1:07, followed by scrolling text that is replaced with a flashing "EVERYTHING IS FINE" and Mr. Rental's face appears on the screen. Three seconds later, the same static effect from the EAS warning returns, and the screen displays the code coordinates (-33.92109000000001 18.42043000000001), followed by a harsh mechanical sound.
