The video was re-uploaded many times on multiple video-sharing platforms like [[YouTube]] and Ebaumsworld, which only made the screamer more popular. The animation was also featured on TV shows like America's Funniest Home Videos. With the popularity of this screamer, similar videos were created on YouTube, such as  [[What's wrong with this picture? (YouTube Video)|What's wrong with this picture?]] and [[Zoeken]].
The animation itself disguises as a normal stock picture, and the player is asked to find the errors behind the stock photo of a dining room, depicting an open window, table, chairs, paintings, and flowers, however, there are no errors in this pic, after about 30 seconds, the screen cuts into an inverted picture of an eyeless woman with a wide mouth, accompanied by audio of a man screaming, and the animation repeats.  
 
There is some variation of this [[screamer]] (titled "Ghost in the picture") where the original scream was replaced with the music and scream from the [[K-fee commercials|K-fee car commercial]] also exists.


The animation has been reuploaded on multiple websites including YouTube, this animation has gained many views. The screamer has also been featured on TV shows like America's Funniest Home Videos. screamers of this kind became more and more popular as they began to circulate on the Internet.
