The video starts off with text that translates to "Fix your gaze, on the point, on the forehead of Bart until the image disappears". Then it cuts to an image of the Simpsons in negative and stays like this for about 28 seconds. At about the 43 second mark, an image of the Demon from the box art of Ultimate Doom pops up with the same scream from Scary Tic-Tac-Toe.
The video has received a negative feedback with over 1,000 dislikes and many comments in Spanish about the screamer.
