Seymay Time (AKA セイメイタイム) is a shock YouTube video uploaded to YouTube by nomoty on June 24th, 2009.

For the most part of the video, it's a japanese game show with a clock ticking noise being heard in the background. However, on the right of the video, you will see a black-haired japanese man in a blue shirt cutting his arm with a razor or pocket knife (hard to tell because it's blurry). The ticking noise is actually the sound of his arm being cut, the video has since been removed, the earliest known archive the video has accumulated over 250,000 views on 2009 before getting deleted.
