"Really Scary!" is a YouTube prank that first appeared there in 2008. It was one of the final screamers to be uploaded that year, too, being uploaded on December 29, 2008. The original maker of this screamer is user spokentrash.
Video
The video first displays nothing but a black and white shape against a garish background for 14 seconds. On-screen text says "Did you see that?" after. Next, it says "No? Let's take another look.", where the video returns to the image for only a few seconds, where a close-up of a vampire's face is shown along with the sound of a man screaming in pain.
