Pillowfight is a JPEG image taken some time in 2002. The image displays a cropped picture of a man's genitals covered in feces while he's playing with it. It can also be seen that the man is dipping his penis in a pile of feces in front of him. This image has been featured on a few shock sites such as Last Measure. There is a toilet seen in the background which presumably means that this image was taken in a bathroom. The meaning behind this image name is pretty much unknown, although, it's possible that the name's purpose was to lure someone into thinking the image had something to do with pillow fighting. Another image with the same name was posted on Moid.org. This version showed a picture of a man's scrotum chopped off.
