Pillowfight is a JPEG image taken some time in 2002. The image displays a cropped picture of a man's genitals covered in feces while he's playing with it. It can be seen that the man is dipping his penis in a pile of feces. This image has been featured on other shock sites such as Last Measure. There is a toilet seen in the background, which presumably means that this image was taken in a bathroom. The meaning behind the name is pretty much unknown, but it's possible that the name's purpose was to lure someone into thinking the image had something to do with pillow fighting. Another image called Pillowfight, posted on Moid.org, shows a picture of a man's scrotum chopped off.
