The viewer is given five seconds to examine a picture from The [[wikipedia:Ollie and Moon Show|''Ollie and Moon Show'']], which supposedly contains a hidden message according to the creator. If the viewer can't find the message, the creator then zooms in on the picture to reveal it. The viewer is then instructed to focus on Ollie's ear. However, after a brief moment, a picture of Pikachu with blood dripping and no eyes appears with a loud scream. The picture used in the screamer was created by Rzochan on [[DeviantArt]].
