Caroline Kikia is a screamer video published on November 24th, 2007 by YouTube user SarahhhhSANTI. It shows two crudely drawn pictures of a stick figure going on a picnic with a girl singing in the background, followed by an image of a screaming girl with the singing changing to an appropriate scream. The video is likely intended to be a spoof of Kikia.
