Barney Special! is a screamer from 2007.
The video starts off with clips of Barney & Friends from the 90's of Barney talking with the song Hit 'Em Up by 2pac playing in the background to make it look like Barney is rapping before a photo of Barney's face pops up with a rather loud scream playing twice at 1:10. Since the song is in low volume, it forces you to crank it to full volume, that however, is a bad idea since the scream is very loud.
