Scary Pop Up Jump Go To Sleep is a video that was uploaded to YouTube in 2019 by the user Paul Salameh.

The video starts off in a dark room illuminated by a flashlight. The viewer is facing a door as the text "Woah. Where am I?" appears at the bottom. They open the door and enter an even darker room; nothing happens for a few seconds. Suddenly, a white blurry figure zooms into the screen along with Regan MacNeil's scream. Then, the blood red text "Go To Sleep" appears to end the video.
