The video displays a very realistic image of SpongeBob SquarePants character Squidward with peaceful violin music in the background. All this is a buildup of what's to come after 22 seconds. At that moment, an image of a mad scientist with bulging eyes appears with a man hollering in the back (actually a snippet of "BYOB" by System Of A Down) before the video ends with another image of a normal man smiling in an attempt to comfort the viewer, and the word "LOL" is spelt out in anotations.
