Scary Mario Game
Scary Mario Game is a screamer game created in Scratch and made by Groovinhouse on September 1, 2014.
After clicking on the green flag button, players are presented with a simple-looking title screen that says "MARIO GAME SELENA RIVERS HAVE FUN :)" in a menacing font and way of writing. It then quickly disappears 3 seconds later and the game starts, which is a maze game consisting of three levels. Players control a red Super Mario mushroom with the arrow keys, guiding it through a maze with brown walls, which, upon touching, will teleport the player back to the start of the maze. There are two finish goals in the levels, except for the third one.
However, after finishing the second level, a picture of Mario.exe suddenly pops up zooming in and out along with Bowser's evil laugh sound effect. The player can continue their gameplay, albeit with the screamer picture persisting indefinitely. Since that it is almost impossible to play the third level (considering that the player teleports back to the start of the second level upon trying to finish it), it can only be played by changing the backdrop in the project editor.
