Despite the title declaring what's to be expected, the video presents various images that are designed to comfort the viewer or are just adorable looking as the song "Human Nature" by Michael Jackson plays. In order they are:

  • A picture of a plush of Rilakkuma (a bear character from Japan) holding a baby duckling wrapped in blankets; this is shown at four different angles.
  • A sleeping kitten cuddling a cat plush.
