Creepy Ugly Guy is the name given to a very disturbing image of a man, edited to have pigtails, a beard, a pierced ear, a chimpanzee's smile, and having heterochromia.In the early 2000s, the image was very popular on the internet, and used in many screamers, mostly videos.

Origin

The image is from the 90s game Kai's Power Goo, a game where you edit photos of people's faces. It is unknown when the image first appeared on the internet, or when it was first created.
