Most Halarious Bush Speech Mistake is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by user BeScared4Life on July 15, 2008.
The video begins with red and blue text stating “During George Bushes Congress of the Ninth Speech he made a halarious mistake.” Subsequently, more text appears saying “When I recorded this off of the TV, my cam-corder got a bit messed up. The volume quality is bad and so is the picture quiality, So I reccomend watching this in high quality with the volume up a bit more than usual… Darn $50 cam-corder.” Of course, this is all a cheap trick intended to intensity the screamer effect on the viewer. A video of a George Bush speech plays and the camera is slowly zoomed in until the 45 second mark when the K-fee scream plays and the image of George Bush is modified to make him look like a devil. After that, a black screen with a small, unreadable white image, graphic, or text in the middle shows for 13 seconds before the video ends. This screamer has amassed nearly 20,000 views.
