Arthur.exe is a screamer video based off of the PBS Kids series Arthur and was uploaded by YouTube user "Atarster" in 2014. It begins with the normal Arthur intro until the 0:11 second mark, a crude bloody, mangled MS Paint drawing of Arthur pops up on the screen accompanied with a loud roar sound effect.
