We finally who the actual culprit is. The rabbit hole is solved. Someone please remind everybody of this post. Admins, stick this masterpost, thank you. There is a strong connection between Kenpo-kun and the person behind Dokuhara. There are multiple evidences that supported the fact they're both the same person, and here's why:

1. They are both mentally ill and with too much free time on their hands, consistently appearing back and forth.
2. They love putting random, nonsensical Japanese text (both fiction [Kenpo-kun] and non-fiction [Dokuhara] ) so they are both similar to each other. In addition, they both randomly putting people's face as either "mocking" or "defaming" them.
3. Kenpokun loves putting random addresses (for instance, Kenpo9w9's twitter https://x.com/kenpo9w9). Dokuhara does the same thing by mentioning a specific address from Matsuyama (I didn't mention it due to legal reasons and authenticity).
4. You know Kenpokun does nothing but post Jeff the Killer and his infamous "gangstalking" copypasta? His copypasta mentioned that "[he] owns a several pachinko parlors in EHIME PREFECTURE?" Ehime Prefecture is a place from Matsuyama; Kenpokun randomly mentions the same city as the hospital is a crazy coincidence.
5. According to his blog post (kenpokun9w9.ni-moe.com/Page/2/), Kenpokun also mentions he was notified from Ehime Prefecture police. #Ehime Prefecture again? Ehime Prefecture police only goes to people who lives in that exact place. Hypothetically, if he actually LIVED outside of Ehime Prefecture, he would've been notified by the police somewhere in Kobe, Okinawa, Matsumoto, etc (depending on which place he's in; he may be in one spot or several.).
6. I also forgot to mention, His blog about the police requires a password unless you are a "kenpoler" (ironically choosing the type of people, his fans, who is not aware of the situation). God knows what actually is in there.
7. Kenpokun existed in around 2015 (r/OriginalJTKimage), the channel begin to appear in around 2019. Dokuhara website ironically also appears in 2019 (honestly, we don't know the actual date, but the comments log dates them back to way earlier than January 2nd, 2020.). The oldest website I've mentioned in this article contained Jeff the Killer next to Dr. Yuichiro Oka (he is very envious about him); Over the years, Dokuhara kept posting more Jeff the Killer (and his variations). If you look through every Dokuhara websites, they all contain Jeff the Killer. Ahenobarbus Henocied also does appear along with Jeff as ("deepfakes" singing videos on Dokuhara), but once in Kenpokun's videos.
8. His blog title contains the text "松山ドクハラごえくん通信生きたメキシコウクライナ21グリーンお姉さんかわいくさせて" The very same text you would find in and out of almost every Dokuhara website. (https://kenpokun9w9.ni-moe.com)

1. Kenpo-kun was purely made out of political view about Article 9 Constitution of Japan. For instance, some redditor suggested he is not only a Japanese shitposter, but a person who does political commentary. Jeff the Killer's eyes is edited to represent the number 9 and almost every video contains a voice message repeating "Article 9" in Japanese. 1. He also admitted to being a stalker for over 9 years (2015) which means he is very experienced to be against someone like Yuichiro Oka.
2. His blogposts also mentions he had taken entrance exams from universities. Most of the universities were medical schools. He failed in all of the medical school exams and blamed it on Abe (lol) (source: kenpokun9w9.ni-moe.com/Page/1/)

If you look at the blog post, domain name, kenpokun9w9.ni-moe.com hmmm? Didn't Dokuhara used the same cheap domain as well? ni-moe is one of the obscure domains you could paid for in Japan for less money; almost nobody knows ni-moe exists but him; so it's implied he's skilled at finding thoroughly where his website should host from.

1. In one of the videos, he replies to a comment suggesting "Kenpo-kun is a hall of fame." Hall of fame is a common term used in Must Not Search wiki when the entry is notorious and "worthy" (think of "Featured Articles" in Screamer Wiki). Remember the theory where I said the person might be an avid user of Must Not Search wiki? He resembles that description very well. (https://www....=7WYJawoqxGE)

I'll mention some random fact that everyone suffers from mental illness but nobody tells which specific illness he has. The closest thing we can guess is that he suffers from hyperfixation, a condition that impairs your inability to enjoy new things from life problems and leads you to the old habits. This condition explains why he keep posting Jeff the Killer. Same with Dokuhara that keeps crawling back anytime they can. In his reddit post, he posted his reflection which reveals he is somewhere in his 30s or 40s (https://www....el_that_has/). Assuming he might be a person who has actually a family and children, but fabricated that story with gangstalking claims to cope with his "illness." It might be "semifiction" at best.

If it really isn't Kenpo-kun, who else then? Some random hikkomori? Every bullet point ultimately leads to a coincidence.

That's all you need to know about Matsuyama. He has a split personality, likes the attention from it, and continue to "maximize" out of that fame and seize every opportunity to make more. Maybe in 20 years, we'll witness Dokuhara outlast the civilization and Kenpo-kun is the surviving evidence of us existing.

I might get the Yuichiro Oka's situation wrong since that would be very one-sided. He might not be envious about him. It's better to describe it as a heated exchange that resulted in the site existing in the first place.
