Night Vision is a screamer flash. It contains three pictures and tells you to use look for a hidden ghost in each picture. It also prompt you to switch off the lights, turn up volume and might need to look multiple times to find the ghost.
Clicking the thumbnail below the window will bring you to each scene with dark mask on the picture, and your cursor will turn to text "Click to make your night-vision work". Click will make your cursor a round circle with green filter, simulating a night vision camera. A few times after clicking, either the screen turns dark with text "Not Here" shows followed by returning to scene select screen, or a girl with her face blurred out appears and screams.
