First it says "Happy Halloween From a friend" with unknown Halloween Music and then, A Choosing device say to choose "Trick" or "Treat" If you pick "Treat", 3 Cute Dogs in 80s costumes dancing and singing "I Wanna Be Your Dog" By The Stooges and return to the Choose device. If you pick "Trick", a amputated head with a sword or knife over the ear the under the head you see oozing yellow blood or pus with the scream similar to "Stress test" after the scream, A sentence saying "You Asked For It, Stupid!" appears.
