The Best Page in the Universe is a shock site created by someone under the pseudonym Maddox. The site uses a series of "Lou" images. These are shock images used to prank friends or gross out enemies. Some of these images, such as lou7.jpg, are famous pictures from other well-known shock sites like Lemon Party.
