It starts off with a Edvard Munch's painting The Scream, hence the name of the video being Munch in Japanese, distorting. Then it cuts to a squashed down image of the painting. But, at 0:05 the painting turns squiggly for a split second. Then the Face from What's Wrong With This Picture? pops up while distorting, zooming in and out, and shaking and flashing along with a loud scream. then it cuts to an Enemy Ghost from Fatal Frame most noticeably used in Kikia distorting, flashing, and zooming in with another loud scream.
