Language wiki like this no longer exist

That link to the French page is basically dead, but however I have a better idea of translating page, which is to create or use template from another wiki that I know of, such as Valve Dev wiki's MultiPage template, which can create translations directly on the current wiki with options to switch to another language without creating another domain for that.
