The truth is, the dream he had was the entire Usagi Puzzle game all along. By the fear of being found by a certain ''something'', he screams loud and it makes the nurses on the nurse station worried. They start discussing the urban legend that the narrator so believes, until he screams again. After that, a box comes out from the air vent in his cell.
