The video depicts two people, one of them likely being the channel owner: one is wearing a hockey mask, while the other is wearing a [[Leatherface]] mask instead. They attempt to perform the act of bending a fork. When they finish, they hold it up to the viewer for them to see. However, the fact it's held up right in front of a blinding light from the background, along with the poor quality of the video, makes the viewer inch closer to the screen. At 33 seconds, [[Regan MacNeil]] from ''[[wikipedia:The_Exorcist_(film)|The Exorcist]]'' pops up along with a loud male scream which plays twice.
