As the title suggests, The video asks the viewer to look at the spiral for about 20 seconds, there is nothing else going on the video, but only focuses on a spiral, However, after 21 seconds into the video, an eyeless person from one of those Dane Boe's scary face appears along with the same scream from [[K-fee commercials]], followed by a text: "Scared???".
The video forces the viewer to stare at the spiral for about 20 seconds, the description also asks them to adjust the volume for suprise, After all the 20 seconds runs out, and of course, an eyeless person with wide mouth appears with a scream from [[K-fee commercials]], before delivering its fatal text: "''Scared???''", not to mention that the image is a screenshot to Dane Boe's video.
